The review is created by locating the home owner, discussing the house with the home owner and putting that interview in writing.

If the home owner is not available I need to get creative, and link backward through blood relatives or relatives via marriage. I document shared addresses, relative roles, potentially sticky emotional subjects and I talk to them to see if they are willing to help me figure out the truth behind the house and the location of their loved one.

In order to do these things I must utilize internet databases, interview people on the telephone, make promises to people who get me information, continually build contacts with local banks or government offices, pull court records that are not free, be willing to bs with real estate agents and then put the whole thing into one beautiful package.

When I am hired to find someone I do all of the things listed above. I may not always find a direct way to reach them on the telephone, but I will always find the links that lead to that person and I will show you how I did it.

When I am hired to find out about a property I do all of the things listed above. The unique method means that I get the facts as written, as well as the narrative version of events from the participants.
